Dear Avi!!!
You are so sweet. It's lovely to see you.
I am busying myself with many things that require mimimal physical effort. It is good in a way, but I still very much miss the creativity of photography, and that of course means I miss you, Dear Avi and all of my UF friends.

Oh, how I miss you and all at UF.
I sort of find it (selfishly) depressing to come in much since I am no longer a photographer...
I don't know if anyone can relate to that statement.

I dunno how well I am doing with anything, but I gotta do something! Cameras are heavier for me than the heavy metal punk band my kids are in! LOL! (And they are very heavy and also very "crude" but a ball and do a great show!!!)

Dear Bill!
How sweet you are!!!
I am depressed... lol...
My photography days are pretty much over. The arm will NEVER heal. I cannot lift, cannot hold a camera, cannot do too many things and I don't want to harp on about it and sound sorry for myself.
The fact of the matter is that when I broke my elbow, it was not "dealt with" by the so called medical profession in a manner that would have/could have "mended it". Therefore, I am in constant pain unless heavily dosed up on pain "relievers", and I don't like to have all those chemicals in my body 24/7. Also... how can I "see straight" when medicated to photograph anything with a keen, sharp eye?
Oh, I will just shut up now. LOL!
I am posting the original image from which with the clicks of the mouse I photoshopped in order to "pretend" I still have some sort of art within my imagination.
I send my Loving best to you, and please understand that it saddens my heart to visit UF as often as I used to... Perhaps one day, I will be able to come in without my heart feeling so heavy.
I also think of you often...

Yes! Yes! I am a fighter...
I just realised something too.. Please listen... :)
I said I can no longer hold a camera... well.. I was referring to my heavy duty ancient old cameras naturally! LOL!
Hayley's camera to me is looked upon as a "toy" (and she won't mind me saying that) and is so lighweight and I have no idea how to use it, however, during the rehearsals I asked if I might borrow it and "see what happens". Not even Hayley knew how to turn of the flash, and as you know, I RARELY shoot with flash...
I had forgotten that I made some shots that day, and although they are not how I would have made them if I were able to use my own equipment... (I mean her camera is the size and weight of a small empty cigarette packet!!! LOL!!!!)... I DO have some images of the band and I will be posting them. They need to be "cleaned up" in PS first...
My spirits have lifted a little.
I will take a rest and do something else first (non computer), and then enjoy my work, as I HAVE been photographing... What a dumb jerk I can be to have totally forgotten that! LOL!
