Arabic Sweets are a delicacy, and some of them are extremely special that they are eaten only once a year!
During the holy month of Ramadan, Arabic sweets are an essential part of the evening in every house like: Um Ali, Biklawa, and most importantly, Qatayef,i.e., Middle Eastern Pancakes.
These are pancake like things that are filled with either cheese or nuts and are fried in oil, or grilled in the oven, then they are dropped in cold sugar syrup for a final touch.
