The edging along the right side building is a huge distraction, Jacques.

If this is a layer mask, then you should try to reduce the smoothing value.

this is not a mask Paul, just the effect used to enhance the texture... as you can see on others pictures I post before with the same effect. I agree with you that it could be distracting, maybe with different layer I could remove it... will try it someday. Thanks for taking time my friend.
