Having trouble with your exposure? where? not with this shot my dear friend :)
This image is very sharp and the colors are well balanced. Nicely composed as well.

Hi Julie .... yep I am but not with all of the shots..
I'm going to play around with it again - Some of the images are too dark and I have to high-light them :((
I've never had to do that before ...
I messed around with my 'white balence' I think it is - and ever since then - there's been some troubles .
I'm on a trial and error period -ha!!
Anyway 'thank you' for the reasurance on this image -:))
I appreciate it very much my dear !

I agree with Julie. Nothing wrong with the exposure. I would have had less sky and a bit more foreground though. You have captured some beautiful colours Michele. I shoot in raw so its easy to change white balance in p/s or my camera program but even in jpg, its probably better to go with the auto white balance. Its probably more consistant than using daylight or shade or whatever. If you are cutting back the EV to avoid glare, then you will probably have to brighten in photo program to bring back up. Brighten not more exposure if posssible. Can do it in curves as well. Probably better i think. Have a great day my dear Michele. HKC Keith:) :)

WoW- really Paul,
' Thank You' -- but I did have to high-light it some - and some images were just too dark when the weather was not - soooooo ----it's back to the books and post an original straight out of the camera with 'no high-lighting' if that doesn't work.
I really appreciate your helpfulness- it does help me on what to do /or not -lol---
ahhhhh learning the camera alone with your book ---
Well not exactly as so many kind photographers here make all the difference when I learn how to ask the right questions ...

I had been messing around with my settings on my camera and some images came out too dark- this was one of them so I had to high-lite it and alter the 'fill light' which I generally NEVER have to do - I didn't know if it would be noticeable (?)-- I knew the settings were off- since then I think I have corrected this problem ... so all should be well now :))

Hello dear riny - Thank You for the helpful comment my wonderful friend .... I need to figure out how to get rid of that 'noise' problem -hmmmmm - I try to just take a good picture so I don't use any editing programs and this is why I felt a problem would show because I needed to touch this image up -- it WAS tooooooo dark - This is what caused the noise I am sure - so ' Thank You' again for telling me:))
