I like the shot. It is busy- right down to the subjects shirt. Lots of distractions for me. The big one for me is the column just in front of the subjects face. Strong verticals tend to be a stopping point and in this case it steals the show. Perhaps a slight different angle could help. Lower and to the right maybe. I don't know.
Now all that said. I do know this is a very difficult shot to pull off. Under the conditions you had here I think you did quite well.
I don't "rate" images. Only comment. :)
