About ...for what i am seems so fleeting and intangiable, but what i was is fixed and final. it is the firm basis of for prediction of what i will be in the future, and so it comes about that i am more closely identified with what no longer exists than with what actually is...

It is so urban and so human in the deepest sense, and so far away from the typical "sweetness" of unconsiously taken images that search for some kind of artifically introduced "beauty" that never was! This is what I admirein general in your photography, Visar! You don't lead our vision to hollywoodian "niceness", you only grasp the impact of the common moment, and show it in its own way of *being*.

The concentration on the "I" of the individual is very strong here. There is no outer world for some minutes in the tram. The whole amount of details and balance is put on that "I" and the rest... it doesn't exist. It only decays into some unpenetrable light or darkness - unimportant for itself. Only important as the carrier of the "I". It seems to me that you abstracted the scene to pure light on which conscience can sit and reflect on the own self.

The composition is exactly as extreme as it must be for such subjects. The burned out plain at the left gradually transfers itself to the sense for balanced depth at the right. The main transition happens on the person in focus.

Great photography, Visar! This one I really must show my buddies at the photo club!

Cheers!

Nick
