About A hidden rice terraces within the cordillera mountain range.. It was a long steep hike going to this place and very narrow path. No wonder the Japanese during world war two were not able to reach this village. They were ambush along the mountain path. The village is called Batad.

oh my... so great landscape, so special one, the stair texture really is impressive and gives an idea about a small area... and ONLY when I see the village and how ...tiny are these buildings I can understand the size of that area...that is...a side of a mountain! :-)
Excellent...and favorite...

Wonderful capture of this scenery dear Bobot, great area and fabulous colours!! The terraces seem so structured,
can imagine how much work this must give!!
Thanks for sharing, what do they grow there, is it rice?
Have a lovely day, big hugs Jenxx

Hi Jen, yes it's rice. These rice terraces are all over this mountain range. On the western part of this cordillera mountain range, they grow vegetables on the mountains, incredible scenery, vegetables all over as far as you eyes can see. But very hard to capture because it's always cloudy at least every time I pass the area.
I was reading your comment to someone and you called him my name.. : ), the last time you called me Jesus.. hahahah
thank you for your comment.

Onoooooo...you didnt see that did you:( I feel so embaressed.....it must be my age...lolll
Point is I cant take it away, UF should change that for people like me...;)))
Its all because you dont use your own name somehow, getting all mixed up..hahaaa
You did capture very well this time, I guess the fog must be good for the rice to grow? It must be an incredable job to harvest all this rice...wowww
Thank you for reminding me:))) Big H Jenxx
