A very very good documentary of the situation in Greece, Hárës, that seems to speak a clear language. Especially because of the focal separation of the man on the foreground against the police on the background. It is a confrontation and it is conflict at its best.
The tension gets raised by the visible crutch of the man with the placard on his shoulder and the visible helplessness of the armed men. The already mentioned narrow DoF agrees very well with this implied difference.
The lighting balance was just about perfect for keeping the details both on the highlights as also on the shadows of the man. The raaw vivid "live" look and feel gets supportet very strongly this way. So the image has much of a documentary, journalistic character. I could imagine it on the frontpage of newspapers.
