very nice shot Alicia, surely that is an original macro element, the tree's drop has nice details because of the focus... good quality... many times in these drops we can find bugs and other tiny things that can be very interesting for photography too... excellent lighting too, backlight so the light looks nice on it.

I like simple subjects like this and the dark background shows it off. Your composition is outstanding. I too think of the science fiction movies where something is always found preserved in amber so they can create prehistoric creatures.
