It looks like the man on the boat was caught by the fisherman and it looks like the boat is going to hit the man..:) ;) Funny capture my friend... good thing the fisherman was pulled away by the rope that was tied to the stool... humorous composition!
The colors are very vivid with very good lighting and contrast.

I like the way you've superimposed the two methods of fishing, John, and the background of the breakwater with others fishing on it completes the atmosphere.

Nice idea for project, John. Well taken with the boat and reflection because add a powerfully in the overall. I like so much the particulars of the image into the frame. I am agree with Ferdinand and Riny about the crop, is better for composition.
