This shot is full of positive points of photography.
Very suitable mode of black n white, very good light management and contrast, beautiful perspective, and proper sharpness are some of them.

I love dramatic lighting and always gates and paths like that one gives that, one sorse of light and strong difference between overexposed outside and scaled interior light with good texture fealling at the walls - ground makes strong in mood photos and so here... the present of the human silhouette adds a lot.
