The "Delicate Arch" is the Utah state symbol and the main attraction at Arches National Park (Moab, Utah).
It is the only freestanding natural arch in the world.
The arches are formed through a very long process of erosion, moisture and wind.
They are truly ephemeral creations of nature.

Gracias otra vez, Noemí! Me alientan mucho tus comentarios, de veras.
La sacamos a eso de las 9AM. Salimos tempranísimo por el calor --a esa hora ya hacía 94 grados F-- y llegamos justo antes de sacar esta foto. La luz era medio complicada por las sombras.
