Really interesting POV Mike. I think I would have liked it even better if your didn't have that black part on the left side of your frame. That distract my eye a bit.

Thanks Julie. I like to play with levels of abstraction. I definitely see what you mean about the building in the left of the frame being distracting to the eye. My aesthetic tells me that that added shape adds to the level of abstraction but giving the eye yet another shape to take in.

When I shoot color I work towards abstraction as well, only using exposure rather than pure contrast (as is the case here).
