Whoohie Sticks are used by atuo mechanics to seat valves. They have a suction cup on one end that sticks to the flat part of the valve and then they put some grinding media on the valve inner seat and rotate it back and forth with the plam of their hands. This seats the valve so it fits preciseley with the opening.
