The texture and hues of the tuning part of the instrument are really marvelous, Yazeed! Rich and quite "matured" looking, under the influence of time. The fingers follow its shape very aesthetically making an impression of a real musician tha loves the instrument. I think that a wider DoF and more sharpness of the fingers could help. Perhaps also a bit more of the rest of the hand? Still a very good balance of light, and the separation from the background adds importance and weight onto the main subject!

And thanks also for the name of the instrument! In Greece we have one instrument that must be a descendant of this one. We call it "Outi" and looks very similar at the depicted part!

Of course I don't forget the influences of the one from the other, Yazeed! Quite the contrary, I find them very interesting considering how this exchange happens over the centuries. It is a great thing that societies do not remain closed but are always open for change and development, which includes taking and giving! Even our coffee has arabic origins and that's why it tastes much better than that kind of "colored water" elsewhere! ;-)
Music is indeed another great thing for taking and giving. Many too many oriental scales are already included in rock music in Greece. It sounds terrific!
