Excellent capture of this torch, very well blurring the background. I love the contrast of colors and able to focus on the torch. Very good composition. I love the fire photographed. One takes unusual.

:))) You are such a romantic Julie :)) I like the detail and the colours. Dof is spot on and the exposure is great all over including the flame. I feel though that the composition could be better. Left side i feel needs to come in to more like a 6x4 shape {portrait of course} I think teach you probably meant to to do that to see if i would pick it.:)) Hugs xx Keith:)

Dear Julie,
Even an intangible flame and the love dreaming you know to capture and share. It's a gift how visible and realistic you make it by your capture. You must be very romantic but now you made this flame also eternal by your shot : a pragmatic woman of action and realistic in some "sense".

:)))) I like to call myself a hopeless romantic. Too many people nowadays forget what romance is all about :( sad.
I agree with you about the composition I had another one that is much better but I didn't use it because I cut the flame a bit and being that I was thinking about an "eternal flame" I felt this one was the best shot of the two.
