What I find so nice here is the really vivid coloring, Doyle. And the colors are quite unusual both for the quantity of those violet, pink, turquoise, and the like, as also for their sub-radiating quality. That's unmistakable the world under water, and you captured it in high fidelity!

I don't know if the inclusion of the black parts at the top and the right are good here. Perhaps cropping them off could help? (Attachment) As for the the two persons of the image, a nice to have but some other position, angle, timing might prove better for the composition. Still good details and lighting on them too, especially the father.

Nice shot... it's very good the way you use the exposure here, I know how hard is to take photos from an aquarium... we cannot use the flsh and IF we could use it, that will reflect on the glass and will destroy our shots... needs long exposure BUT at the same time the fishes and elements are moving fast into it... you ballance very well the frame and you also get well the people - elements out of the aquarium.
