man this is hell grainy.. I guess your camera sets the ISO automatically.. which means you cant avoid it... I would pull the levels down a tad as well which would saturate the image a little bit which would help with the grain a bit as well..

Thanks Roger. I was surprised too to see this much grains when I uploaded this photo that I took last night in rain! I am thinking it might be because I shot this in a very high winds and a heavy rain and the grains might be the rain drops (?). Thanks for your comment and suggestion- I will try to employ that next time.
