About This sunrise shot was taken even earlier in the day than the Grand Teton Shot; amazing how early the sun rises during the summer months. The water was absolute glass. There were two other gentlemen standing there taking pictures...different spots of course. Hope you all like...let me know.

I love it, very natural colors. !

Jan Graziano   {K:17038} 7/12/2008
The colors in this shot are "wow" - what a contrast to have such a blue sky and turquoise water. The lighting and glass smooth water has provided very nice reflections. I know you really like this area - what do you want to bet that you have taken enough shots you could put together a "four seasons" and a "many moods" of Banff series?

Thank you very much everyone! I wish there was a way to do a reply all so you could all know how much I appreciate the compliments! It was SO beautiful there! I definitely have more of them...I'm trying to narrow down which to put up.

that water blows me away everytime... it's nice to see someone get a shot of this place that's different than the regular tourist shot at the base of the lake.
