Hi Paul, not a bad studio portrait, just a little to much frontal light in my opinion also the hair light has blown out the hair detail. Was only one or two lights used?
I would be inclined to either reduce the power output or move the light further away.
Here is an adjusted copy, a little over what I intended but should give you an idea of how I envisage the image should look like.

Thanks for that, Clive. I agree that it's a bit hot. Phil and I were sharing a shoot, so this setup on black seamless used his Novatrons, which has a singular power dial for all the lights. I remember thinking the hair light was too hot, but when I bent over to turn THAT light down, I remembered the 'uni-knob' adjustment. It didn't dawn on me to physically move the light, since my Alien Bees are individually adjustable. LOL!
