Nicely done effect, Stan! It really enhances the backlighting.
Dave.

Thanks so much Bruce, this is all new to me and I just do not want to become a dog and pony show. I know that change is the only evidence of life so I am just going for it. If no one likes it I will not pout! Just a process to see what works and what does not. Your support is appreciated, Be well, Stan

Stan  Hill   {K:12705} 7/17/2008
Thanks Dave, I am glad you liked it. I am just shopping for some tools for different moods and looks. I am a hunt and peck PS guy. So much to do and so little time.
Be well, Stan

Thanks Chaterine, I am glad you saw the light so to speak. Had this back lit picture and loved the textures. New to PS so I poked my nose around and tried texturize with accented edges. Thanks for the comment, gives me hope for continued exploration.
Be well, Stan

Thanks Ania, I am glad you liked it. The Comfrey is a beautiful plant and I have been trying to do it justice. Fun to play around with it.

Stan,

This is a really nice shot. As far as exploring uncharted territory I can relate...I'm doing the same, but you are doing extremely well at it.

Best Wishes,
Chuck

Stan  Hill   {K:12705} 7/18/2008
Thanks so much Chuck, I appreciate the complement. My original was shot into the sun and had some lens aberrations. I cropped them out of the upper part and then worked from there. I loved the leaf texture and shapes.
Be well, Stan

All the best...

Thanks Stan, glad you liked it. I make tea from this plant, it is high in calcium. No pill necessary.
