wonderful view Dave and welcome back...haven't heard a lot from u these days...yes, the 4x4 is a bit scary looking at the place in the shot but i am sure it was fun too...i had similar experience in death valley where the road blew my brains out :-)

Beautiful! Yes, that tiny road clinging to that steep mountain does look scarey... white knuckle driving for sure! Betcha won't forget it any time soon! Glad you made it back safely and I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Colorado soon! Did ya take the Durango/Silverton Train by any chance?
