About I tried to get the stairs and the band of light on them as a "second" stairway that leads to the door to get out. I hope the intention is visible despite the fact the the image has problems of lighting. Any comments would be very welcome.

no, everything is just superb, especialy the lighting and light metering. the overexposed scene and the shadowed space have just made the feeling, I mean the mood!
love the composition, too. there is so much to look..!
