Long time since I published a "No Rookie" shot. I was at a training evolution the other day and caught this shout.
FF Jeff is one of our most senior FFs. I believe he has more than 25 years. Is is an "Acting Officer" on the ladder/platform truck. He just placed 2nd on the Lieutenant's list. He knows his stuff and is the one you want to be with when the "poop" gets thick.
Here he is directing his crew in setting up the ladder/platform.
