Looks like Rasheeds girl ! Great eyes. Her shoulder looks a bit weird.

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 8/31/2008
Yeah, it's the shadow from the back-light.

Love the look that you captured from her and really like the angle of the shot!

Excellent shot Paul. Very intriguing pose. I like zebra pattern on the bra being repeated in the bg. Well done.

Joe

Thanks, Joe. This was a FUN shoot, even if it was in a small hotel room.

Paul,

Now that's some serious work my friend. I love the backlight and a wonderful catch light in the eyes. Is that an octabox, or an umbrella? Only 1 question, why the f/3.5 instead of f/5.6?

Marty

Good questions, Marty.
- I had one silver umbrella as key light, and the backlight was an AB400 with a 40-grid.

As for opening my lens, I did that to soften the zebra stripes behind her, and help her pop against an otherwise noisy bedspread.

she's perfect Paul, great match of her swismsuite with the background.

Thank you Jacques; she brought the spread with her, knowing how well it would on just this shot.
