Your decision to cut the model's hand and knee is unpleasant to see... it might be better not to include them on the pic or take the whole hand and knee (in this pose)... and for me it's a bit unsharp (or maybe just a scanning problem though)

As far as cutting hands are concerned, I agree with Kristupa. Otherwise, I like this image: The model's head is leaned twords the read flower. A read flower in a B/w image is very creative. It is a good idea to choose TMAX 400 (a faster film) to smooth the lady's image. Beaufitul image.

Marty ditch the rose, it just destroys the shot. You had a great shot at a portrait and instead the framing kills it because the eye is split with the rose. Try to connect with the subject and forget the rest.
