Reminds me of paintings by my English namesake... Beautiful. I've tried to create a similar effect in the past by moving the camera swiftly horizontally.

Perfect & poetical.
however less blue tone could be more useful and enhance the poetic mood in this work.
pitty for quality! some grains in the sky is realy distract.
