A little bit out of focus, because of shaking or movement of your hands or windy weather !
I'm not a good photographer but can suggest you a suggestion !
Use tripods , or support the camera somewhere.
Use higher speeds of shutter, ..

thanx for ur suggestion.but the problem is that i m not a professional photographer and i use to shoot whenever i find any subject any where any time. thats a little difficulty using a tripod.i will definately try to use tripod next time
