Very impressive sky,, and a very recognisable silhouette,,, I'm just a little distracted by the small orange edges on what I think is Big Ben,, but that sky blows me away,, wonderful use of the gradual filter,,,

Yeah baby... tabacco massive! Good use of this bad boy filter. Pity Westminster had a tower crane on the RHS to offer this day, that said it ain't a bad thing - gives some reality, depth & scale to the shot. The water could be more interesting but I'm not sure really how!
Like the biography - i too haven't found my prefered photographic vocation yet! Just love it all. Well except wildlife (sorry!)

"When the sky rained fire..." Indeed, impressive is the word for it. Feels a little like the end of the world is coming but it is not frightening though. The cool steely blue makes it even more eerie.

Derek, this amazing!! I'd love to see what you could do if you had that lightweight tripod for night photography! You're whole portfoliio is great, this shot jumped out me though because of the stark contrast in colours. I can't wait to go to London(this July) and see it all for myself. Keep up the GREAT work!
