Devido a motivos subjetivos. Two thumbs up para a composição! Agora me diga.

This time there is something about the older man at the left, that still has photo-realism but also quite a bit of... how can I say that? As if the older man was added by painting afterward. He stands "real" enough in all his own details and plasticity but also some kind of "painted" attiture is present. Was that your original shot or also additional enhancement, Marcio?
Anyway, the virtual separation of the image in two parts is subtle but yet powerful. One half for the youngsters back there and the other half for the old man, who stands out in such a pacifying way in all his own details, character, contrast. Almost a marriage of the "old oil painting" as represented by the old man, and the new photographic picture as represented by the room in the back.

As you get older you have to turn away from the younger generation, not in a malicious way but in the sense of letting them get on with the business of life and their relationships with other people. So he looks still, like he's with his own quiet thoughts, while the youngsters are more energetic, yet they both share the same space. You've captured the distinction well and this image is superb social commentary. Regards, Gary

.."So he looks still, like he's with his own quiet thoughts, because.." Here is wisdom. He has understanding , everything is clearer to him , and this also will better enable him to test the knowledge which others have of what he.. Thanks for the comment, a hug.

There are so many different ways to interpret this image Marcio. Contrast of young and old, isolation of the elder, passing of the torch. Andre
