There are a lot of similar photos to this one, Tim, but this one stands out for its excellent colors and tones. This is one I enjoy looking at. The background lighting reminds me of a Turner painting. Well done!

yes, the fact that this type of image is a photographic cliche makes me cringe, and normally I would avoid it. The fact it turned out so well made me consider that it may rise above the cliche just a little...lol

Always good to hear from you Doyle....have been to busy to be posting much lately. But I will be embarking on a Sailing trip across the Atlantic in April over 18 days on the square rigged Tall ship USCG Eagle landing in Spain sometime in May. I should be getting some awesome stuff on this voyage!
So some new posts will be happening then!
