Beautiful portrait. Beautiful model with wonderful expression. Maybe once may see that the background is overexposed but IMO it does affect the final result at all. Good job.

A few composition mistake.
You crop the head too much
The greeny line is disturbing
Too strong backlite makes the colours plain
But newer mind the girl is beautiful and you can take lots more better shot of her!

Karen, I dont normally comment on portraits, because I have no experience in taking them. However, the softness of the skin tones and the wonderful capture of your modles eyes made me want to say, Bueatiful tones and lighting. Nice Job!
