What a little angel. Love that hair and the composition sets it off so well. Composition also appears to compliment and define her personality - like she bounced in to say "hi"! Is she vivacious? Whether or not you like the lighting doesn't matter in this shot - believe you captured the essentials! Cheers - Jan

Oh my dear friend Mary, I thought you had left us for good sweetie. A BIG BIG WELCOME BACK. Seeing your comments reminded me of how I missed you and then Mary, like anyone getting caught up in their own affairs, I just assumed that your life had changed and we had lost you.
I love this portrait Mary and that lovely cheeky and happy smile upon her pretty little face. I love the angle of the pose, the catchlights in her beautiful eyes and love too the black top, the dark background and the boldness of the crop. I am also totally blown away by those gorgeous golden curls. Well done sweetie, how proud you must be of this adorable little girl, what a comeback.
