Lovely tones in the photo, but there's NO EXCUSE for that cloud of smoke. Especially in a newly emerging capital rich economy like the UAE...
From Tarifa I often see ships passing through the Straits pumping out clouds of filth. There seem to be certain locations exempt from the world's conscience...

YES... This scene is unusual or extraordinary in this port of Sharjah- UAE.. but the black cloud was coming out from the factory to the right of the photo.. suddenly it stopped, but the black cloud suspended stay in the sky for a moments, and went away in the sky in the same shape and color.!
There is a lot of deficiencies in the system of environmental protection in all countries of the world .. .
