Regards, Gary

Saad Salem   {K:62864} 3/16/2009
it is my favorite too Garry,it is about the windows lights, and how lightens our rooms so smoothly so gently, with out we noticed that,
I have lived in a similar house for more than 25 years, and haven't noticed this light,
Saad.

Very nice composition and very nice colors here, Saad! You see what I mean? This one has depth, it is way not a flat representation of a 100% face-to-face perspective. The chosen perspective helps distinguishing between "here" and "there" and the knots on the curtains as also the series of windows suddenly lie in 3D space.

Perhapy some less exposire could help the columns in highlights keep some more of their details and warmth (attachment), though then I don't know what would happen to the curtains which are the main element here. As about focus, the first knot gives me a bit of a "fuzzy" impression but in general I find the transition of sharper to softer focus toward the depth very good.

Cheers!

Nick

Burned a bit the columns in highlights and the first knot of the curtains

Saad Salem   {K:62864} 3/21/2009

Saad.

Saad Salem   {K:62864} 3/21/2009
thank you dear Nick,
Twice ,for the details, and for the attachment,
this shot is all about light,
and shadows of course,
my regards,
Saad.

Nick Karagiaouroglou   {K:127014} 3/22/2009
And it catches both light and shadow under an angle that lets them evolve into a good persopective, Saad.

Cheers!

Nick
