The composition makes the sun look huge. With spring coming I can't help but wonder if it is fishing. I hope to uncover my boat in a couple of weeks. I love sunrise and sunset on the water.

Your winters are ALL long and cold compared with ours, Mary, but I am sure you will enjoy your summer more than we do ours... with days of 100 degrees F and 100% humidity. What a huge sun! Is this an enlargement of a small part of a larger image? It is very dramatic.

Hi Roger. Oh, your summers do sound somewhat difficult. Humidity is the thing that saps one's energy. We are now getting some Springlike weather that is very pleasant.
I could not find the original of this picture. However, I do have this one from that series which is just a click or two before. I cropped to get the one I posted.

The people in the boat are most probably fishing. There are not many on the lake who are not. Yes, it will be nice to get thye boat uncovere and set up for another season. Maybe I'll get out more this summer. Last summer, I had a great record, I did catch fish every time I was out--each of the 2 times.
