Seems you and Phil ended up in the gutter.
Now a small critical remark, she is broken but to my opinion she looks to well to be broken ( nail polish, well fed, clear eyes, no scars or needle marks ). Critical ? Realistic, i just read an article about a girl that was beaten up at home, then landed on the streets, cocain, pr*stitution etc.
She made the way back but when you look in her eyes the scars on her soul are so well visible. Broken. Compared to her Chelsea is a beauty princess.
OK, enough for now , its some internal pain I have to deal with and the photo is a kind of mirror.
Pse see it as positive feedback and i hope it may help you in making new photos. Congrats again on the Bip.

My own interpretation of this image is that she has been neglected, abused stolen from and tossed out like bad garbage. She is now without anything and anyone, yet there is still a gleam in her eye that says "I will get up. I will move on."
