If you want her eye to really POP, try this:
- create a new layer above this
- set your layer mode to Overlay
- tap 'd' and 'x' to return brushes to default B&W
- 'b' to grab a brush
- set the brush's opacity/flow to ~ 30/30
- with a white brush, brush the lighter portions of the iris and your octobox
- repeat on the darker portions with a dark brush
POP!
