Good focus and DoF here, Jacques. The exposure balance was kept well for getting the plasticity of the face's relief under a rather hard light that was surely not really easy. The sunglasses seem to have more importance than the face itself, which also adds some bit of unusual look, somewhere between humour and strangeness.

I think that with a bit more contrast and some less exposure the image would be better. (Attachment.) Which doesn't mean that it isn't as expressive as it is now. It has much of that "vacations look and feel" in it.
