When I feel stress, sometimes I run in the park for 30 minutes, .. My favorite book is the Salms. Before I begin to read, ... can also lie down without being disturbed,agree with Marcio,ciao..riny

A lovely balance to this shot and a great candid moment captured with your unwitting subject fully engrossed in his book.
