About I very much admire fortress architecture. In these circumstances, the lighting was hard to handle for my camera :\

Good Evening My Friend, this image is well seen and so well exposed and composed, thank you my friend for sharing it with us and I wish you all of the best my friend.

I am grateful Mike, thank you. A hard subject for a digital camera: the highlight area at centre contains no information. Still, it'd be hard even for film...

Very nice, Anthony!
Dave.

Saad Salem   {K:62864} 6/15/2009
lovely, but there is blown highlights at a great area of the shot,
Saad.

Yah Saad - an awful solecism I agree (see my comment above to Michael. There is no data in the RAW file, so I evidently completely ignored the histogram when shooting! Note to self: "I must develop shooting technique and, for example, learn to underexpose in such conditions".

Best regards,

Anthony

My friend, never let the camera see an image, always over rule what the camera is going to do, you command the camera to see what you see and what you like to capture, taken number of readings from different zones in such a place and selecting an average over all reading would give you a more balanced and even light all over this place.

Sorry that some images are so hard to addit after they been taken, exssive light in a major area of an image not just will result in loosing details of that area but it will also make it so hard to recover in the post processing.
