This picture was taken at the 2001 New York Renaissance Faire and is probably the shot responsible for me getting serious about shooting these faires. I really like how it captures the crowd.
My wife and I have been attending various Renaissance Festivals since 1986 and it is quite a challenge to carry a camera while dressed as a 16th century woodsman :-).
