About This is for John Charlton. The frame is better on this one and it is a straight shot versus the double exposure... Is this better John?

beautiful - I love cosmos so of course that is wonderful...

peeling paint is another appealing factor...

it is always nice to see nature subduing civilization...

the composition is fabulous...

Yes, this is much better. No need to hide the detail here. The textures are great and well displayed with the single shot. The window creates its own mystery. The straightened frame is better too. But what do you think?

I have to agree with John Carlton, while I like the effect of the sandwiching,to me this photo is better as a straight shot. Wonderful textures and a beautifully "framed" subject. Love the old coffee pot.

I love this image, John ! It's one of my top 5 favorites in your portfolio! The pink flowers really pop and I love the subtle textures of the rough wood with chipping paint, rain on the window, feathery leaves, flower petals, and the soft diffused background! Great job! I can almost hear the sound of the falling rain...... :)
