The focus seems to fall behind the child, but the general composition gives the sense of a grab shot, which I like. Tones are wonderful.

good story, lots of interest to ponder, although there a lot of details, it still builds up the composition. the child and his situation.. very noticeable is the dodge and burn but thats what made it focus on the child..
