About Now for something completely different. It was taken on this year's Scott Kelby City Walk in Syracuse, NY.

I really liked how graceful this piece of construction equipment was and how the sunlight hit it. I tried, somewhat unsuccessfully, for a sun star - I positioned my camera so the sun was just peeking over the building.

This is an HDR image - I had set the camera for auto bracketing (+/- 2 stops), hand held and used Merge To HDR in Photoshop for processing.

Actual exposure from EXIF f/5 (+/- 2 stops) @ 1/8000

An interesting perspective well carried out.
