Found a great pano stich program the other day called 'Hugin', very good and free to download and use too, the best I have found and used so far.

Very very good DoF with so good details all over the place, Dave! And the composition is just about great for such a panoramic. I wouls really really suggest everybody to go see the big one! It is more than worth doing!
The exposure balance is also great for conveying the strong sunlight of that day. A slightly tiny more contrast might help too - attachment.
