There is a lot of joy and exuberance expressed in this image, Kallol! I like the contrasty black and white, but do be careful not to blow out the highlights! Excellent image!

Thank you, Eb, for your comment. I do believe that in B&W photography, black should be absolutely black, not grey and there should be a bit details in the highlight. Thats why, I kept the details in the splashed water, as far as possible.
