Beautiful delicate color and texture. I love the background, and the way the bloom almost glows. I just got my 100mm canon macro and love it! Now I need the cable release.

A very bold and dramatic composition Ken. If you plan to do many more floral shots, a macro lens would be a worthwhile investment. Closeup diopter lenses would be another less expensive option. They're usually sold in sets of three, with +1, +2, and +4 lenses included, for around $35-$40 for the complete set. They simply screw onto the front of your current lens.

Thanks Jim... I own a macro lens for my T90 and a set of 62mm B&W Close-up filters... This was meant to look exactly the way it does... I agree it may not be everyones cup of tea but I take my photos the way I want them to look... That's a bit different from the Norm... Regards Ken
