I'm missing detail in the black and white areas of the bird.
Birds like this with extreme contrast are extremely hard to photograph as usually either the dark or bright areas get incorrect exposure.
A little more exposure would have worked well here. I'd also crop the bright patches off the top (about a quarter of the frame).
