Paulo, technically, this picture is OK. It is sort of mysterious, but not really. I have no idea who this person is and you have given me no reason to want to know this person. Unless this is someone famous we can all identify by the silhouette, the greater audience won't be moved by it. Maybe try adding just a small amount of fill to make this image more alluring and intriguing. Maybe this man has beautiful eyes. Show one, maybe just part of it, but if you want me to like this photo or this man persay, I need more intrigue.
